María Tapia and Réka Gugán are the Managing Partners at Earthstar Investments, bringing unparalleled expertise and a significant track record of success to the firm. María has successfully managed $275 million in three funds and secured over $1 billion in private investments, specializing in impact investments with more than two decades of experience. Réka, on the other hand, has been lighting up the entrepreneurship and climate tech space for over a decade, giving a leg up to over 1,500 startups.
Under their leadership, Earthstar Investments operates with a team across two key locations: the headquarters in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and a local office in Mexico City.
